Thank you for shopping with Herblfy. We create digital gardening guides and planners for personal use. Because our products are digital downloads that you can access instantly after purchase, refunds are limited. This policy explains when refunds may be granted and how to request one.

1. All Sales Are Final (Digital Products)

Our ebooks and planners are delivered electronically and cannot be “returned” like physical goods. For this reason, all sales are generally final.

2. When Refunds May Be Granted

We want you to be satisfied with your experience, so we may issue a refund under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchase
  If you accidentally purchase the same ebook more than once within 24 hours, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll refund the duplicate charge.

• Technical Issues
  If a download link does not work or the file cannot be opened, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll help you resolve the issue or provide a replacement file. If the issue cannot be fixed, we may issue a refund.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds cannot be issued for:

• Change of mind or deciding you no longer want the product.

• Dissatisfaction with the content if it matches the description and preview provided.

• Device or software incompatibility (customers are responsible for ensuring their device can open PDF files).

4. How to Request a Refund

• Your full name and email used at checkout

• Order number or receipt ID

• Reason for your refund request

We will review your request within 7 business days and notify you by email.

5. Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).

• Processing times vary but usually take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

• Transaction fees from Stripe/PayPal may be non-refundable.
