Welcome to Herblfy (“Herblfy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, content, and digital products (ebooks, planners, and downloads) (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Who we are & how to contact us

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3) Your account

You’re responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4) Digital product license (personal use)

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to download and use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, upload to file-sharing sites, or otherwise make our content available to others.

5) Intellectual property

All content (text, images, graphics, logos, layouts, and files) is owned by Herblfy or our licensors and protected by copyright and other IP laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6) Pricing, taxes & changes

Prices are shown on product pages and may change at any time. Taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location. We may modify or discontinue products or features without prior notice.

7) Payment & delivery

We use third-party processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) to accept payments. By purchasing, you agree to comply with their terms and policies.
After successful payment, download links are typically delivered immediately to the email you provide. If you do not receive your download link, contact us at support@herblfy.com.

8) Refunds

Digital downloads are generally non-returnable once accessed. However, we may consider refunds for:

• Duplicate purchases made within 24 hours (contact us within 7 days), and

• Technical issues that prevent access which cannot be resolved after you contact support within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider. See our Refund Policy for full details.

9) Content accuracy & availability

We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information but do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Gardening outcomes vary due to environment and user practices.
We may update or remove content, products, or features at any time.

10) Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Services:

• For any unlawful, infringing, or deceptive purpose;

• To distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access;

• To copy, mirror, resell, or exploit the Services or content except as expressly permitted;

• To remove copyright notices or other proprietary marks.

11) Third-party links & tools

Our site may include links to third-party websites/services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

12) Health & safety disclaimer

Our content is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical, legal, or professional advice. Always exercise caution when handling tools, ladders, or materials and follow local building and safety codes.

13) Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).
Herblfy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
If liability cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14) DMCA & IP complaints

If you believe content infringes your copyright, please email support@herblfy.com with: (a) your contact details, (b) a description of the copyrighted work, (c) a description/URL of the infringing material, and (d) a statement of good-faith belief and that your notice is accurate.

15) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time (with or without notice) if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using and delete our digital files (other than any copies permitted for personal use under applicable law).

16) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

17) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with the new “Effective date.” Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.
